I do not accept insurance, but work with a client to establish a payment plan and/or sliding scale if financial needs exist. Many clients file their payments with their HSA or FSA for reimbursement.
I can often “bundle” a package rate depending on the counseling plan as a way to reduce costs.
With some clients, a “Concierge Plan” – which involves a set rate per month with a combination of scheduled sessions and unlimited services like brief online sessions, phone calls, emails, texts – can be developed, which can be a cost saving or more convenient way to pay for services. This is a set monthly fee due at the beginning of each month, or paid quarterly. Example: I have several families with college students who prefer this option.
Rates range from $75-$300.

Email threads, Phone calls or Texting contacts with clients or authorized others that go beyond 5 minutes are billed at the rate of $2/min.
Following an initial consultation, billing can be set up through PayPal (you don’t need to have a PayPal account and can pay with a number of different credit cards). Or online Thera-Link sessions are billed automatically at the time of the session – client makes the payment by credit card before being linked into a session.
